What is the best way to get into anal sex? Have done lots of research, bought abutt plug, and lots of lube, but can't seen to get the hang of it. I like one finger sometimes, but haven't been able to do any thing more. I try to relax and take deep breathes, but I'm still nervous. It's love to try it, as I have heard that it feels great when you can finally do it. Any tips?

We are currently struggling with that in our relationship. He wants to have anal with me but I just can't seem to do it. Every now and then I'm ok with a finger and maybe a toy. He thinks it may be a mental block. Definitely ease into it and lots of lube!! I suggest having a safe word

There is definitely a mental component. If you decide you're not going to like broccoli - you will surely hate it. I compare anal sex to alcohol or cigarettes - the first time is usually not pleasurable - but with some positive reinforcement and the desire to 'succeed', you'll likely learn to like - even love it.

I have found that along with lots of patience and lube - tapered toys are extremely helpful in learning to relax as your anal muscles dilate.

After 23+ years of 'no' - my wife is now comfortable with anal sex and is beginning to find some enjoyment in it.
