It depends how far into the handjob we are, what my fingers do. At the beginning my little finger is sometimes out, sometimes not. As he gets harder and closer and the head swells a little, I'll bring back my little finger if it was out, and loosen my index finger, so it's not necessarily "around" his penis anymore but crooked a little (that's crook'd, not crook-ed), so I can use it to stimulate the head of his penis.
