She has trouble getting me off orally.

It's not that she's bad at it, she just doesn't know all my little nuances that will make me cum. How should I go about getting her to do what I want her to do? I feel like giving her instructions or telling her what she needs to be doing will just agitate her. It takes upwards of 15-20 minutes for her to make me cum with her hands and mouth.

If my bf tells me what to do during a sexual act, I actually find it a turn on.
It's all about how you go about saying it. You don't want to make it seem as if she's doing anything wrong.
It could be as simple as saying "I think it would be really hot if you (insert what you want her to do)
Or when she does something that you really enjoy, say "I love that, don't stop".

I do not get offended by instruction but some people do. If she is someone who will take instruction as an insult, you may want to suggest it as something new to try. Say something like "I have this fantasy/dream that when you are giving me oral you do ..., would you be willing to make my fantasy come true?"

Great advices from BlackOrchid and Pete's Princess -- we ladies do not mind taking suggestions from our guys, as long as it's spoken in a nice way!

I agree. If you do it right, it just comes off as some hot dirty talk, and not instruction!

Communication is key.

Why not start off by asking her if there is anything you can do to improve her experience when you go down on her.

Ditto what everyone else has been saying! You can *suggest* that she try the things you like, so when she's doing it just ask 'maybe you could try doing ____?' or 'it would feel really good if you did ____.' That's always better received than just telling her what to do, unless she's into that
