I'm with you there, I can get off from up and down but it take A LOT longer and the orgasm isn't as intense. When I first got with my guy I told him "side to side not up and down" and he got super offended and said "that's your boy's [I guess he meant my ex's?] way, this is how I do it!"

I think a combination of both is the best way to do it. But, I like side to side and in and out for myself, that's what I try to stick to and it seems to work.
