I can occasionally manage the entire length, but I enjoy performing oral so much more when I am comfortable with my own limitations. I usually use a wet/lube hand in combination with my mouth so the last inch or so is in constant contact with some form of skin.
I also try to apply pressure using my weak hand (cupped palm towards the base of the perineum (under balls) with top fingers over balls aiming towards the navel) to help compensate as well.
