It's fine, but it's not my favorite, as others have said it can be hard to focus on really giving or receiving pleasure when you're both hard at work. Still it can be fun and I've never really felt insecure about doing it with my partner.

I find it kind of awkward. I have a hard time concentrating on my own pleasure completely while giving him head. I also don't like the weird positions we have to get into to do it. He's 15 inches taller than I am! He's bent like a pretzel when we 69.
