Um... Neither?

It can be a homosexual encounter, without her being homosexual.

No matter how many men I bed, I will not be straight, or even bisexual. Everyone who's faked it through sex knows that you don't need attraction to have sex, and everyone who's bedded someone they weren't attracted to and had decent sex knows that you can have good orgasms without physical desire.

None of the above.

I consider a woman to be gay if she considers herself gay, or bisexual if that's how she defines her preference. Her sexual experiences are largely irrelevant. Much like you probably considered yourself straight (or otherwise) before you ever had sex the first time.

The only person who can correctly identify sexual preference is the person to whom that preference belongs.

I put bi, but I'm with everybody down here in the forum saying that she's not necessarily bi either. Why anybody would have to put a label on it is beyond me, but a threesome doesn't mean you want to be with a person of the same sex on your own.

May I vote 'other'?

A woman is only gay if she is only attracted to those of her own gender. Having threesomes has no bearing whatsoever on that. It can mean she's bisexual, bicurious, pansexual, experimenting, just occasionally a little fluid, or still completely straight and not at all actually attracted to another woman.

I voted that she's bisexual, but she might not be, it's entirely possible that she's also not homosexual...needs more options!

It's possible for a woman to not be gay even if she has only been with women. the actions mean little with out the mentality to accompany it.

This. I agree. I would have chosen neither.

I need an other option because being in threesomes does not make you gay. It is a lot more complex process as I know from watching my friends who have come out of the closet. People are who they are.

I don't think the amount of times someone does something means anything at all. If a woman realizes she likes women, then she might be gay or bisexual. I think it's really up to her to decide this, not us!

I don't agree with any of the options. What if a woman has had sex with several men and enjoyed it, but still only loves women? That doesn't necessarily mean she's bi. The same can go for men or straight folks.

I think it's all about how the person chooses to identifies themselves. It doesn't matter what other people think.

I vote OTHER too.

I've only kissed women before and consider myself bisexual, whereas my best friend had a relationship with a woman and considers herself straight.

I've identified as bisexual (though not always publicly) since I was 15 years old. I've just chosen to be with men. Doesn't mean that girls don't make me hot. Because they really really do.

I think gay is strictly attracted to one sex. A threesome or two or several to me just means you like sex and both sexes

I agree. It has to do with attraction.

It doesn't necessarily mean anything? Other than (hopefully) she enjoyed herself! Your sexuality is your own thing, define it however you want.

I'd say she has to want to have an exclusive relationship with a woman and maybe also for more than just sex for her to be gay. Anything else is maybe bi or just physical attraction.

If she enjoys both guys and girls regularly, then she's possibly bisexual.

I don't think it matters when *I* consider her gay, just how she chooses to identify. I don't see any reason why someone couldn't experiment several times and still just be bi-curious.

I have had many threesomes, and I am not solely attracted to women. I think what you feel in yourself defines if you are homosexual. But label schmable....

No, not every guy loves threesomes. Experience with certain guys here. But I think watching them is fun for many of them.

I don't think having 3 somes or more sums makes any party involved a homosexual. Unless your are strictly attracted to the same sex. Otherwise you just have a good healthy adventurous sexual curiosity.

I only consider a woman gay when she cuts off all her hair and gets a job at Home Depot.

This isn't the 80's. Women who have sex with other women are just normal women, 4 out of 5 do it.

Gay women ARE normal women of course, and I don't think that many women are having sex with other women. I could be wrong, I'm just curious as to where you got this statistic; I ust think I would be getting laid much more frequently if that were the case.

I just found the phrasing of the original question rather hilarious, as if the act needs to be repeated a certain number of times for the magical spell to work.

I agree with what Tori Rebel posted as well.
Even having one, two, three sexual encounters with the same sex... It doesn't matter, a person is experimenting and seeing what's out there.
