I was just wondering if any of the guys on here ever wake up with an erection. Does it happen a lot? And ladies, feel free to answer for your boyfriends/husbands!

I was under the impression that if you don't wake up with an erection that it could be the sign of serious health problems.

When I am at home after sleeping with my wife, I always wake up with an erection. Especially when we have time to cuddle in the morning. When I am on the road by myself, never.

When I was younger I almost always had an erection when I woke up, as well as several times during the night. The nocturnal erections all but disappeared 15 years ago, and soon after I had my first coronary stent placement.
As of now, the only time I can count on a nocturnal erections is when I have taken an ED pill that evening. Oh to be young again!

They've definitely gotten less frequent as I've gotten older. Oddly, many of the occurrences now seem to correlate to a build-up of gas in the rectum. I'm used to a full bladder causing them, but the gas thing is pretty new.

My boyfriend ALWAYS wakes up with an erection. He sees this as being horny and making it his "time" of the day, where as mine is more in the afternoon, I'm a zombie in the morning.

I couldn't say if this happen's everyday, as my mornings can be hazy, but it is fairly often.
