Implants do nothing for me, personally. I wouldn't say I hate them - they're just not sexy to me.

I personally don't want to get fake boobs, but I'm totally supportive of people who want them. As long as you're getting them for healthy reasons, are sure the procedure is going to be safe and will be happy about it-who really cares? It's your body. Have huge boobs if you want to! Have boobs that'll be perky forever if you're up for that!

I personally wouldn't get falsies unless I had to remove the set I already have for medical reasons. I don't like the look of jumbo enormous fake titties, but I think anyone who would get breast implants like that has a completely different view of her body than I do.

We all deserve to believe we're attractive, and if you think you need fake boobies to do that, have at it. Just don't let that need consume you in an unhealthy way.

I don't really care. Women can do whatever they want. If bigger or smaller boobs will make them happier I say go for it and I'll play with them either way. I've never had sex with anyone who had "fake boobs" so I don't really know what the difference is in that sense, but I am not going to dictate what other women do.

They aren't "fake" boobs. They are real boobs made out of different material. How women and people of various genders decide to do to modify or enhance their bodies is no one else's concern.

I hate fake boobs. I have decently sized breasts, but on the smaller side -- I can't imagine wanting bigger ones that I have. Since they also don't do much to contributing to my arousal, getting a procedure on them would be solely for someone else. That seems to cross a line.

I like boobs. I don't look at boobs and try to assess whether they're real or fake. If they match her body, I like them. But I do find the really extremely huge ones offputting.
