Do you like your sex toys to come packed in a box/package, that is nice enough for permanent storage, or just something "toss-able"?

Contributor: Bignuf Bignuf
There are a number of high end toys that come in form fitted, rigid boxes, lined with nice material, and perfect for long term storage. However, they are bulky (lot of "lost space" inside. Other toys come blister packed or in cheap "toss them out" boxes.

Which do you prefer your toys to come in?

Give me a cheap toss away, I will take care of "storage" myself.

Honestly,I don't really care about the box. My decision for or against a toy doesn't depend on the type of box. And as you wrote: Most of the long term storage boxes are rather bulky. I don't have much space for my toys so I take care of the storage myself.

A nice box would be awesome but I really don't need to build a closet to store my sex toys.. I think if they would provide a storage pouch with every toy would be more efficent. They would fit nicely in those cheap blister packs.

I love the luxury packaging of the high end items--and Evolved Novelties!! BUT--I do use most of the cheaper clamshell and blister packaging for storing in my toy trunks, lockable dresser and the armoire.

I love them both--they are very useful and nice in their own specific way.

I do enjoy nice packaging, but I find most of it takes up way too much room! I wish more toys came with nice storage bags. I simply don't have room to keep the packaging. Also I would rather the company spend its money on the toy, not the box. But the boxes my lelo and jejoue toys came in are nice. As you see I have mixed feelings!

I love nice packaging. I keep extra fancy packaging. Cheap packaging gets thrown away.

I like being able to lock mine in the tool chest, so cheap is fine for me.

I love a nice storage box that's light on wasted space -- boxes like those from Njoy and those that the Tantus Alumina line came with are great -- but I'm also fine with something that can be disposed of easily. What I hate is big bulky packaging that would be utterly useless for storage yet is also difficult to dispose of due to a complete lack of discretion. If everything came packaged like SSA Glass, in a cheap fake velvet sleeve with some bubble wrap -- I'd be perfectly happy.

I'd rather have a tossable package because I usually sew my own drawstring pouch for each toy that doesn't come with one.

I prefer a nice box, but given the option I'd buy a toy in a cheap polythene bag if they'd include a satin pouch with it in lieu of any sort of box.

I throw it out, but love when I get a bag to store it in

Boxes take up too much valuable space in my storage system, as a result not so nice ones get tossed and nice ones (if their original contents are not clearly identifiable) are re-purposed for other uses. Some have found there way into hold brewing yeast and hops in the fridge or organizing nut and bolts in the garage.

I prefer them in recyclable bags so I can toss it with a good conscience. I have toy boxes already for the things I like enough to keep!

It depends. I don't want a clunky box for EVERY toy. But I do expect them for toys $50+

It does not matter me. I will store it in the box it came with until the box is no longer good. Then I will find another way to store it.

I love the nice packaging that I can keep to store my toys in if I am getting more expensive items. I just recycle the flimsy packaging on other toys and throw them in my storage box so it doesn't matter what they come in as long as it is something I can recycle easily.

I respect great packaging but at the end of the day, I rarely have room to store a toy in the box.

Doesn't really matter, I don't use the original packaging to store my toys, but I usually keep all the boxes in case I need to look at something printed on the boxes for future references.

depends on the toy - if it's a real lint magnet then it would be nice to have something to store it in
