Hard to say. Morally, I prefer uncut, I'd rather my partner wasn't mutilated without his consent. Aesthetically, I like the look of cut, but it's not a big preference. My partner is cut and I love him how he is, but I'd like his junk just as much if it was uncut... actually just for my own piece of mind I'm gunna have to say uncut, just because I can't stand non consensual mutilation.

I like it cut. To me, a circumcised penis looks more natural and clean; I have never been with someone who's uncircumcised.

In my experience, I'm more concerned with if he knows how to use it than if it's a crewneck or turtleneck. Although I have discovered a unique expression of orgasm from uncut guys than with cut ... the extra 50,000 nerve endings may have something to do with it.

It isn't at all painful for him and the only way it affects our sex life is that it takes him longer to finish. I'm equal opportunity, as long as it's an attractive penis and a decent size then I'm pretty content. That said I have a slight preference towards uncut ones to actually play with, but cut ones to watch in porn.

I prefer an intact penis. (I also prefer calling it "intact" rather than "uncut". I just feel the term is more accurate.)
But, that said - my man was cut as an infant, and had no say in the matter, and I love his penis. It's beautiful.
