Does semen make you happier?

I remember reading somewhere that there was a study done that showed that semen improves womens' mood. Something about a chemical in the sperm absorbing through the vaginal walls. It sounded crazy to me but I never gave much thought to it until recently. After my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage my husband promised me that we could start trying to conceive in August, and for once he kept his word.. I've noticed that ever since, I've felt happier, more relaxed. Granted, it could just be because I'm excited at the thought of getting pregnant, but usually my moods are up and down regardless of the circumstances. I feel much more stable. The question is, do you guys think this is true? Have you noticed a difference in your moods when your man comes inside of you? I don't want to discriminate against gay men, and you can certainly vote/respond, but the study did specify women. Thanks!
