Okay, this may be a little off the wall and maybe I am a little off the wall but either way, this question has been bugging me. You see, I was watching Manswers with my hubby and they said that the smell of pumpkin pie will send women into a sexual frenzy. Well, awhile after watching that episode, I read Victoria's review on the Beyond Warming lotion where she mentioned, near the bottom, that it smelled similar to pumpkin pie. Needless to say, I found this very interesting. Can you guess what my question is? No? Well, here it is:

I love pumpkin pie too. But I have not noticed it having an aphrodisiac effect on me. I just mixed some organic pumpkin with cinnamon for my daughter yesterday, which is kind of close to the aroma of pumpkin pie. It didn't get me going

As far as scents go, some essential oils do.. like bergamot, sweet orange and ylang ylang. But mostly I like the smell of my husband.. the musky scent!

I had some girls in a recent class ask me to smell a scratch n sniff in there magazine and say what I liked best. The scents ended up being lavender, pumpkin pie, and a combination of the two. I liked the combination best but I really didn't make the connection to sex until after they said the magazine was cosmo or the like and that was the purpose of having me smell it.

See, I'm with you on that one because I love the scent of my husband too and that can get me going sometimes by itself. That supposedly is not the most arousing scent according to Manswers though. I have to say that I personally don't agree with them.

Depending on the amount of cloves used, it will either make me hungry or remind me of the dentist. Maybe I should try to make my own and make sure the cloves or allspice is kept to a minimum. I wonder which of the spices is supposed to be arousing or if it is the blending of them that makes the difference.
