Yeah. Usually if I start cramping - it was too uncomfortable for one of my ex's once though and we stopped.

twice, once because it was in a pool and the chlorine dried me out way too much so we had to move the fun to the shower, and the second because I was apparently super dehydrated and actually threw up from the exertion, talk about embarrassing. I had stopped in time and run to the bathroom but still, one of the most humiliating moments ever, and still he stuck around.

Yes. it happens when my daughter wakes up and starts crying. Once I hear her cry while trying to get some I have to stop immediately. Huge turn off. We also stop if I have sudden cramping or am too sore from sex the night before.

I remember it happening once or twice.
Once we were in a hotel room (The Man and me) and we had been having sex for hours. I was using spermicide foam, but had bought these spermicidal suppositories I wanted to try. I thought they would be less messy. I was already a little sore, but I tried it. OMG! It burned so badly, I was doubled over on the bed crying. My Man took me into the tiny bathroom and we tried to get the suppository out in the shower. It hurt for days.
I mentioned it to a friend of mine and before I could tell her what happened she said, "Oh yeah? Hot tamales, huh?" She had had the same experience with these spermicide suppositories. Never again.
I started to get really sore after a few months on the pill. I was told by my GYN to "use lube." I was too cool to buy KY, (I was 16 or 17, gimme a break) so I.... went to Spencer's and bought this horrible flavored tube of what was most likely pure glycerine (I think it was either Motion Lotion or Joy Jelly) and it made the problem worse. I really didn't find a decent lube until we started shopping at sex toy sites.

My wedding night actually. My cervix was extremely sensitive that night. I was very upset we could not have sex on out wedding night. I h ave this happen to me from time to time. I think it is when I am ovulating.

Most times we've had to stop it has been because the kids came home unexpectedly. As far as pain during sex goes - that has happened a few times because of some soreness associated with toys. Either going too hard or too long.

There have been lots of reasons why I've stopped during sex, and the really great guys don't mind at all!
When I first started having sex, I think I felt a lot of shame towards what I was doing. If my mind is somewhere else entirely, I'll most likely stop. Then when I got pregnant, there were lots of times when you had to stop. Something didn't feel right, you got a charlie horse out of nowhere, the baby started kicking profusely totally detracting from any pleasure you might possibly feel elsewhere. And he would stop too, probably for a lot of the same reasons.

Yes, this has happened to me. As a matter of fact, this happened almost every time I had sex starting with my first time until I was almost 23 and had a complete hysterectomy due to Endometriosis.
Sex was so painful and uncomfortable I actually dreaded having it and honestly did not like it all that much. It was alright, as long as I did not even come close to an orgasm. If I was close or had one, I would be on a pain scale level of 8.5 to 9 for anywhere from 3-12 hours due to the endometrial growths and ropes tearing inside me.
It took quite a while after the surgery for me to break THAT mental wall down. Once I figured out that sex did not hurt anymore, OMG!!, I created a monster--and my husband definitely contributed to it!!!
