I was thinking the other day about how orgasms feel differently depending on how they come about (tongue, hand, penis, vibe, etc) and I asked my husband if it was the same for men. Apparently I wasn't explaining myself correctly because he just looked at me a little weird, but I still wonder:

I didn't vote for my wife - but she definitely has many different kinds of orgasm. The obvious clit-centric orgasm from a vibe, g-spot orgasms from toys like the Pure Wand and much deeper a-spot orgasms from penetrative sex or from her O2 revolution dildo.

As for me an orgasm through intercourse is more muted than when when she does me with her hands - which includes prostate stimulation - and an orgasm from oral sex is unique from the other two.

Every kind of stimulation gives me a different sort of orgasm. Even just having a partner involved or not is enough to totally change the kind of orgasms I have. Personally intercourse orgasms for me and the pleasure from intercourse in general is extremely deep in comparison to everything else. Penetrative solo orgasms are quick and shallow when I'm on my own whereas to have a deeper orgasm I need clitoral stim from something with deep pitch vibes or the eroscillator. Other vibrations give me a short but intense orgasm.

Theres a lot of variation honestly...
The only thing I cant do is orgasm from anal stimulation but a lot of the time now my sessions require clitoral, penetrative vaginal, and anal stim for me to be really satisfied.

Very similar for me: lots of variations but I especially noticed the difference between when I used a dildo on myself and when my husband used it on me. World of difference in a very good way!

I can tell that there might be a difference between types of stimulation, but it is a very subtle difference that blurs and I can't always distinguish where it is or the intensity--sometimes they just ring the same.

The one exception to that would be manual clitoral stimulation--it takes longer to get to but those orgasms absolutely shatter the intensity that any other type creates.

Yeah I would say every type feels different to me. I guess I would preface that by saying the different types of orgasms I get are through: intercourse, oral, masturbation with magic wand and masturbation with or without anal are both pretty similar.

Yep! Sure do, even doing different things with the clit can give me something different! And then there is the g-spot and then the anus, so there is much play and many different stimulations!

Absolutely. Different orgasms, dependent on mood and method. Mood could be after having wine, a public setting, or being on vacation in warm tropical waters. Method could be position or technique, or type of toy.
