We moved all of our exercise equipment out of our home gym to convert the room into our secret sex room. I also hung a sex swing that we use quite frequently.

Yep. An upstairs room. That's where we use the sex swing, but we take it down when it isn't in use. It's also where my fitness pole is and it's really handy. Plus, it gives me privacy and when we want to use the swing, we don't have to move around furniture in the bedroom or something.

Nothing huge. the upgrade to a king bed has been great for threesomes. Toy drawer is in the nightstand, easilly accessible.

Does "dedicating a large part of my room to my much-too-large sex toy collection" count as a mod? We do have a Sex in the Shower handle, but it's not permanent.

Not yet, but as soon as we have our own house I plan to devote one entire room to sex (sex swing, some dungeon equipment, etc.).

I put a nice eyebolt in the bedroom ceiling. I wouldn't suspend her or a swing on it, but it makes a nice place to attach a spreader bar for her arms or a rope to a anal hook to keep her standing for some 'punishment!'

Thats really as far as it goes for us. However if my partner and i end up moving in together i'd like to get a swing and maybe make so modifications to the bathroom so we can have some extra fun in the bathroom
