Before I met my wife I would have said it included giving or getting oral, a handjob or getting fingered... Even dry humping. Since I have been with her though my definition has changed to hers... Actual sex is having intercourse - anything else of any kind is foreplay. I guess I can agree with that because I have learned that 99% of the time she is right and the 1% I thought she was wrong I found out I didn't have all the information.
