I have gone 45 mins. of course with releasing for a second. I've done it for probably around 45 minutes straight before, but what frequently happens is I'll give one for 20-30 minutes then he'll use toys on me for a little while and then I'll give him another blowjob for maybe 20-30 minutes. I have a big fetish for it though.

I have never received a complaint from him about taking too long. We both truely enjoy it and it isn't usually about making him cum, but more about showing my affection.
