I voted other because I go thorough periods where I couldn't care less and periods where I can't get enough. Also, my partner lives in a different states most of the time, so sometimes I am getting lots of sex and sometimes I am getting none. Basically, my masturbation habits are erratic.

I'm also an "other". It's a complicated formula of number of times I get sex with a partner, hormone levels, and stress. When I was without a sexual partner for a few months I masturbated 2 or 3 times a day though.

I voted five times a week. But I am not that scheduled. Some days I feel so horny that I masturbate three times. If I have partner sex, masturbation is part of foreplay for me but I see this as just foreplay.
If I am busy or tired, I just don't think about it. Guess I really can't say.

I chose every day, although that's a bit off. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood. But when I do masturbate, I usually do it two, maybe even three times a day, so it tends to pan out to 7-10 times a week or so.

I wasn't really sure how to vote on this. I didn't know if it meant how many sessions or how many times I climaxed. I usually do it about every other day, depending, but sometimes like most Saturdays when my husband is working and when I have the time to just lie back with some porn on the tube and a good erotic book at the ready, I may do about three orgasms inside of an hour, and I count that as one session, and those are terrific.

Now that I am living with a partner that I have excellent sex with on an almost daily basis, I don't masturbate alone as often. Probably two or three times a week.

When I'm alone or dating various individuals? Pretty much everyday. With toys, of course!

It used to be about 3 times a week, mostly due to the fact i work 4 days out of the week and get home when dad is home, and no way in hell will I do anythign with him home, I never get a moment's peace. Plus my bc pills have finally taken away all my libido, now I'm not even in the mood for that or anything, it's horrible. So I haven't done anything now for about a week or so, and it's still dead as ever.

I really go in spurts depending on stress, tiredness, how much sex I've been getting, etc. There are some times I'll masturbate several times a day, and then I won't touch myself for weeks at a time. It also seems like when I am getting more sex, then I masturbate more. When I'm not, I just seem to kind of shut off sexually. Convenient if I don't have a partner, but rather annoying at the same time!

It all depends on my work schedule. Sometimes I'm home all day for 5 days straight days and that'll up how often I masturbate. Being home that long lends to a lot of time on my hands, and you know what they say about idle hands....

O.k. so the whole solo thing is new to me but really a couple times a day! How do you find the time? And after the other poll about numbers of toys used and some of those posts with people using up to 3 toys per session! Yes I can see those of you without a partner or a husband overseas o.k. but a couple times per day. HOW? Am I the only one after I climax I'm toast. The house could catch on fire and I don't care. I hate sex in the a.m. for that reason. I get nothing done all morning and drink a pot of coffee every a.m. I wish I was you. I'm sure all of you have a much stronger sex drive becuase of this. i'll admit - i use to do it almost ever day - sometimes several times in one day. but having a great partner and getting a little older and i'm down to a couple times per week.

Discovery is an ongoing process. I "discovered" the pleasure of my body at about 12 yrs old and sort of grew from there. I since discovered the high of multi-orgasms that I desire and need more prior to the "final", with or w/o a partner.
Masturbation with toys has provided me with a tremendous sense of satisfaction and comfort that I always want to explore.

I voted every day. More like 14 times a week. Like Liz2 some days I'm so horny I masturbate three or four times a day. Usually after a really good morning workout in my basement gym.
