My wife wants it all - she votes for 'combined'. But its not as easy as it sounds. To get both the vaginal & clitoral sensations to peak at the same time is hard but not as hard as having a simultaneous orgasm with your spouse. It actually works best with deep a-spot stimulation rather than with g-spot stimulation.

I know we're only supposed to choose one but I voted for all of the options. What can I say? I want it all and some days I'm just a really fickle bitch.

If pushed, I guess I'd choose G-Spot since I find them more satisfying overall than clitoral and easier to achieve than A-Spot. Still working on having an anal orgasm.
