Are they sleeping? I've had three babies that all slept in the same room with me for several month at the beginning of their lives. They had their own beds and were sleeping. I don't see a problem with that. If they were in bed with you, awake and watching you, etc. that would be weird/wrong. But in the same room sleeping? There's nothing wrong with that.

I agree with you completely! We were the same way with all four of ours. The only kid we had a crib with was our first, but her Dad and I were both too scared that she was going to die in her crib (first time, young parents and that was our only fear!), so she slept in bed with us.

I even think if they're in the bed with you, as long as you're not having wild and crazy sex, it's fine. But sleeping, not watching, with a barrier between you and them. They don't know. Really, it's whatever you and your partner feel comfortable with. Not up to anyone else to say.
