We avoided that issue early on by actually considering the way his hand works best. Index finger in vagina, and second finger in anus. No mix up. Only other way we might do it is right hand thumb in anus,again, index finger in vagina, and that free's his second finger to rub my clit! It's all good, and avoids "cross contamination" issues. Plus, we keep antibacterial wet wipes on the nightstands for immediate clean up of anything pulled from the anus.
