Nope, everything I use on the wife has a cord (bullets, eggs) and all the toys that can be inserted that I use have a good base or are long enough to not get lost.

Personally no. But I have a friend whose hubby thought it would be cute to use 2 different jelly cock rings at once.. one on the base, one in the middle and one behind the head. Can you see where this is going.. umm yeah he lost the top one after he lost his cool. They were camping and she did toy parties and had given one for some nurses who told horror stories about hospital visits for things like this. She made him get a flash light and go looking for it, thankfully it was only about an inch in, but I had to bust a gut laughing when she told me about it, heck she told everyone at the party.

It's never happened to me, Phew! I hope it never does. That's why i always make sure to use toys with flared bases and retrieval cords so that i can avoid trips to the ER.

No, but...it's happened the other way around. He let go on accident and lost the wireless little bullet vibrator in me! It was only my second experience with any kind of sex toy, and I kinda panicked! >_<

yes! happened to me: S bf let go of a bullet and it "dissapeared". THANKFULLY, i was able to get it back out and no er trip.

Almost lost a plug once. It had a good large base. I guess I had outgrown it or My Man pushed it a little too far and the base folded. It felt weird and I reached back and was able to grab the loop and the small chain I had attached to it. My Man didn't even realize what had happened until I told him.

That usually only happens when you try to use a toy for dangerous unintended purposes. I've never had this happen, and I think it would be so embarrassing.

I sometimes think that I've "lost" my Tantus Ryder just because the base is so comfortable. I don't notice the Ryder's base as much as my other butt toys.
