Well it would depend on the reason why the man is able to dry orgasm to begin with. Normally the worse a man can experience under normal sexual conditions is hypersensitivity and not real pain. But given that dry orgasms can arise from drug use or medical issues it is possibility that it can hurt (although from what I understand is rare).

Um just yesterday that happened to my husband but it might have something more to do with the fact it was his third orgasm in a four hour period. It didn't hurt him, he just felt it was anti-climactic even though he had a visceral orgasm.

This usually happens with my hubby after having previous orgasms within a very short period of time. This has been happening since we have had our 'marathon weekends'--about 4-5 years, there has been no injury or pain. There is no drinking or drug use, but just plenty of orgasms and a lack of fluid after so many....He still gets the good feelings, just not so much of the follow through.

I have experienced dry ones on several occations and they never hurt. I was experimenting with the point of a million bucks at the perineum and hat so-speaking dry orgasms, as well as during times of intense pelvic floor training and experimenting with edging. Sometimes they just apear spontanously.

I always enjoy them.
