After a year with out sex, mediocre might be mind-blowing. Is there such a thing as a bad orgasm!

I can hardly stand it when my wife makes me go a week; I might blow my brains out if I had to wait a year. And who says that sex can't be great every day?

Every day! I don't think I could survive on even the most amazing sex once a year.

Sex with a person is nice, but it's not a necessity for me, not as much as just good old fashion intimacy. I don't need it every day, once a year is probably pushing it, but if that's all I could have, I'd take it. I can't orgasm from penetration or oral; I just can't, and I've had plenty of partners to experiment with. We have sex every day, sometimes multiple times a day, and it's never been mediocre. But I guess you need to want to have sex in the first place to avoid it from getting dull. Even when we're tired, it's still fun, and if we're just too maxed out at the end of the day, there is always morning sex. Obviously, adding some toys to the mix once and a while, adds some spice too.

I vote for once a year because my significant other and I just don't have time for sex everyday! And we don't like to make it mediocre, it's a in the moment time for sex, and if we are "in the mood" sometimes.
