I have a pinched nerve in my left knee - so kneeling can be painful - so we most often use Cowgirl for her to orgasm - if I have not finished with her, we'll switch to doggie. I love having those hips to grasp - it adds a ton of leverage.

Doggie Style works out best for us. He has a bad back that stops him from being on top. I am not angled right to be on top. Being on top really hurts me.
