I don't expect hi mto be always clean shaven for me, and he shouldn't expect me to shave everytime we have sex but it is nice when it is well groomed. He takes care of his pubes by trimming or competely shaving them off, depends on his mood.

My Man is older (early 50s) and he has no desire to shave, and I don't really care. HE doesn't care if I do or not. I trim up and shave when I feel like it, but it's more for me, as he doesn't care.
My Man would NEVER take a razor to his balls, ever. I think hairy balls are cute. (IMO, the totally shaved ones look like newborn baby birds.....)
I can think of a lot worse things. Stinky balls (I don't mind healthy "man smell" I mean when they smell like a gym sock, sack sweat), poopy butts, dirty finger nails, a lot worse things.
Mileage etc.

To me the most important thing is that they feel comfortable. Although I prefer not completely shaved, I am not that picky.

I prefer lightly groomed, as it leaves less funk odor retainment for oral. Hair there and in the armpits generally seems to retain odors longer. That said, it's outright sexy when she shaves smooth.

Once I became older, I preferred to be shaved (or neatly groomed) and also to have my partner the same. I actually love to see a bit of a landing strip on a lady and think that it is extremely sexy. No (or minimal) hair makes it easy during oral sex and also rimming.
