Next time she would do better to freeze it or at least refrigerate it.
You can probably look on fertility sites to see how long it can be kept in a regular refrigerator. You are on the pill or have an IUD, don't you, ladychristie? Using more than one load of semen per sexual session is a classic tactic to increase the chance of pregnancy.
Make sure you are well protected as it will increase you ability to conceive. But, if you are doing it to increase your chances of conception, it might be better to have a clinic help you, so you don't run a risk of infection.
