We have had sex in parking garages many times when we were teenagers living with our parents, the car obviously moved quite a bit and people noticed. We also recently had sex in our car in the parking lot of our apartment complex. We're sure people seen. I'd do it again, I'm not so worried about others seeing and more worried about cops. It's not a fantasy of ours to get caught by the cops.
