my hubby is a teacher and works 2 coaching jobs, so he is always working.sometimes after a long week on fridays, he just wants to sleep. it sucks b/c im always in the mood but i understand.

I wouldnt say we fight about it, but it makes me really upset. Especially one night my guy was sending flirty texts so I put lingerie on under my clothes and as soon as he came over he said "can we just cuddle tonight im not really up for sex". He knew I was pissed the rest of the night since I had to sneakily go take off my lingerie and do the walk of shame back to the living room.

When it happens it sometimes hurts my feelings and I get upset or sad, but other times I'm ok with it. And I'll occasionally take care of myself after they've gone to sleep.

I got turned down a lot, most times in fact in my first marriage,,made me bitter.
Now, I am married again, I going on ten years, starting to get turned down more and more, feels the same, pretty soon I'll stop asking.

It happens to me quite often. Sex is a very important thing, but it isn't the only thing in a partnership so I live with it.

I have a rather high sex drive and have in my life only had two partners who really were matches in that regard. Unfortunately,one was bat shit crazy, and the other her parents did not approve of me. The later found me again after more than thirty years and hinted at reconnecting, but we were/are both partnered so that won't happen.
