I have never figured out how this is supposed to work- I even tried standing on my head when I was a kid and we had an immovable shower head. I've since tried with a movable type- but the water just strips my lubrication. More power to you ladies who can make this work.

I've tried it too, but it never did anything for me. Sure it feels ok, but it isn't enough to get me off. If it works for you, that's great!

I've never been able to understand the whole water-orgasm thing. I've tried it, alone and with a partner, and I just get sort of disappointed and bored. But people make it sound so great!

I am voting YES for my wife. Several years ago I installed one of those shower massage shower heads. We have had several over the years, but this one is different. It has a rotating, pulsating and concentrated spray pattern that can very quickly finish her. It is quite powerful and highly effective. She absolutely loves it. The only problem is that she has to limit it to a couple quick, but powerful O's because if she gets carried away, it will leave her tender and raw.
