A long time ago in a different house I had a handheld head that was awesome. I installed one in this house. Meh. I bought another one, and it feels the same. I think the pipes in this house don't have enough water pressure. But if y'all want to share the names/brands of these amazing heads I'd be willing to give it another try!

It was manufactured by Moen. It has a high power stream in the middle of the head that rotates and pulsates at it's highest setting. She loves it.

I installed it several years ago to replace the previous weak shower head.
I checked Moen's website, but I do not see anything similar offered currently.
