I was talking with a friend and we both noticed that if we have to pee, that our orgasms are much more intense. He is male and before talking with him, I had never mentioned it to anyone. For him it is something he does on purpose by drinking water before playing solo. For me, it is just in the moment kind of thing and I just don't go unless I REALLY have to go and enjoy the result.
Anyone else figure this out? Enjoy doing it? Never done it?
Clarification: You don't pee when you finish. You just feel like you have to.
Honestly, I find it distracting...My orgasms are more intense if I'm relaxed and really enjoying the ride, so to say. So if I have to pee, it bothers me because the second I realize it, that's what I thinking about in that moment.
I can't come if I have to pee. I always go right before we make love.
My guess would be it may increase orgasmic strength for some women, because the full bladder presses on the uterus, and the contractions would be intensified, kind of like when you push one muscle against an other.

I was thinking along the same lines but more about pressure on the reverse side of the g-spot from the bladder. Many sex instructors teach that if you're feeling pleasure and like you suddenly have to pee, it's because the opposite side of the wall the g-spot is on is very near to the bladder. Maybe if the bladder is full it's pushing that area in making it easier to reach?? I'm really not sure, just a theory. And that theory would also only work for women, it wouldn't explain a man having a similar reaction.
I personally don't enjoy having that urge during sex...it distracts me and I'll usually stop, get up to pee, and then return to the activity.
Having a non-empty bladder definitely increases intensity for me. I do in on purpose all the time.
There's even a novel by John Irving, The Water Method Man, where the main character's urologist recommends it to him to increase the hardness of his erections.
I always pee prior to masturbation or intercourse. I just feel more comfortable and relaxed.
I have found that hydration, overall, is an asset to my sexual pleasure. I can ejaculate sometimes but I must be hydrated and my bladder empty.
My b/f feels much the same way about himself. If he is dehydrated, he says his ejaculation "hurts".

I find it distracting to be worrying about whether I am gonna pee all over my bed, or couch. I also found that I would get mild bladder cramps after the orgasm so I wasn't in a rush to try it again. I have heard from friends that having a mildly full bladder increases their pleasure but for me it's best to pee first.
My wife (after two kids) doesn't like sex with anything in her bladder, but she will press on her belly right above her pubic bone to increase sensation sometimes.

your theory is right on track. Having a full bladder puts pressure on the opposite side of the g spot, similar to pushing down on the lower abdomen to assist in achieving g spot style orgasms.
Until I did some research I was thinking there was something odd going on with me after realising there was a correlation between feeling horny and needing to pee!
Interesting poll! I've done it by accident and liked it, but I can't squirt if I have to pee because I can't relax enough to do so. In order to squirt I have to kind of push/bear down in the same way I would if I were going to pee, so yeah. Can't do it. I have awesome non-ejaculatory orgasms this way though.
My partner has difficulty cumming when he has to pee for the same reason, but it's kind of a natural erection-prolonging device in that way. Reading all these responses is cool, again, neat post!
For me, it's more of a nice pressure down below...Like, I know the pressure is coming from a full bladder, but the actual urge to urinate isn't really there until after I orgasm and have come down from the high of release. I find this tends to happen right after I wake up in the morning...especially after dirty dreams
I felt like this when I masturbated more, but I avoid sex until I have voided my bladder, I find the feeling of a full or slightly full bladder distracting. Which is a little annoying because I drink a lot of coffee and it seems like I have to urinate every time I get approached. I did have a weird thing I used to do--if my bladder was full, I could kind of orgasm without manual stimulation with effort. But what that effort was, I really can't remember enough now.
I've found that it's better, for me at least, if the bladder is not completely empty. But definitely not full either. Then the need to pee distracts me.

I totally agree! If I really have to pee, there's no way I can sit back and enjoy the ride.. but it's definitely better if my bladder isn't totally empty.
The having to pee feeling really distracts me during solo time, so I normally have an almost empty, if not all the way empty, bladder. I'm really uncomfortable having sex when I have to pee at all!
I get distracted by it, so I like to go beforehand. Sometimes though I'll go and then find I have to go AGAIN and don't want to stop so we just keep going and the orgasm will be a bit stronger. But, the distraction outweighs the benefit and so I don't do it on purpose.
I hate the sensation. I completely lose track of what I'm doing because I'm afraid that I'll pee all over myself and that's not fun. Even if I don't have to go after, just the feeling drives me nuts! I think it could be enjoyable, but it's the anxiety. I have to be in just the right mood anyway, so if anything compromises that it's just gone.
I think it's cool the way people are so different. I like to see what works for people, and some say they love this, others can take it or leave it, and some can't stand it.
Both My Man and I can't stand to have to pee. Me worse than him, I pee, like, every 45 minutes to 2 hours (no kidding, I can't imagine how bad it would be if I didn't do Kegals and use my Smart Balls) So we often BOTH get up during a long 1 to 3 hour marathon to take a pee. He can't pee if he has a hard on, so I hear him grunting in frustration. I find it hard to relax the right muscles so that I can pee, if I am aroused, too. There IS a valve, in both male bodied and female bodied people which closes, SLAMS closed during arousal, so you don't pee during sex. Of course, then if you want to relieve yourself between the action, it's difficult. (Did I already post this?)
I can't Come if I have even a few drops of pee in my bladder, so this isn't for me.
