8" is a lot. 6" is ok for me as long as it is sufficiently thick. 7" is on the long side, but... doable. diameter really matters, though. I'd likely rather have a 6", wide penis in my mouth or vagina than an 8", skinny one.
I love the variety, though of body types, genitalia shapes and sizes, and individuals' tastes. There's someone out there for almost everyone! A shame that they don't always meet each other.

It depends on what you compare it to. I'd say anything above 6" is considered 'big' by my standards. Not that I wouldn't be happy with something smaller. I'm not a size queen; as long as it does its job I'm happy.

Really, girth should be the thing determining what's "big". I've seen some ultra-girthy cocks that weren't very long.

This. ^^ There was a time when folks thought 6.5" was average. But, as we know now, it's not. 6.5" is longer than average. Therefore, I'd consider it "large".

Probably 6.5" and up for me. Though I think girth is a big factor, since if it hurts going in, then yeah that's too big for me.

It's fun to measure. Get a cloth measuring tape, for sewing etc. When he gets a hard on, measure length, from the "root" near the testes to the tip. Then measure girth, around the thickest part. I did this years ago, when we were still dating, just for fun.

You can also see how long it goes past the end of your hand, measuring your hand after, plus what was left over on top. (Put the heel of your hand snug up against his balls and see where the tip of your middle finger ends up.) This isn't as accurate.

It isn't difficult to do, and most guys think it's funny.
