My partner is 3 years older than me -- 25 and I am 22. That is a great age gap for us. I'm not like an old granny, but you know how it goes -- women mature quicker, so that's why a lot of us prefer men older than us. If I were strictly into women you know, I don't think I'd be only able to date an older one. Lol. Not that I've thought that much about it til' just now, but... okay I should stop. lOL.
Anyways, him being 3 years older than me, and a good deal more matured than most 25 year old men, we work out well. I don't think I'd have ever gone any older than 4 years more than me though. In that case, it'd feel like too much of an age gap for my own self. 4 years older than me is the oldest I've ever gone. I'm glad my man is old enough to... how shall I put this... be pretty level to/with me, but not so old he can't keep up with me!

It depends on how much older or younger you're talking. My ex husband was 7 years older than me, but my husband is only a year and a half. I like being closer in age with my partner. I thought having my ex husband be older would mean that he would be more mature, boy was I wrong about that!!
