I mostly agree, but then I have to quickly add that a person can't help his/her preferences. I like B-cup breasts best, 34B to be precise. Maybe it's shallow, but that size just turns me on the most. I didn't WANT for it to be that way and I can't turn off my desires.
That being said, I've dated women with AA, A, B, C, and DD breasts--and I loved all of them and loved their breasts, too. I used to be more turned on by smaller breasts until I met my wife (and her perfect 34Bs). The two women I was with who had small breasts also had the most sensitive breasts and I found the intense pleasure they got from my stimulating their breasts was a HUGE turn-on for me.
That's not shallow--we ALL, whether we want to admit it or not, have physical preferences when we're attracted to someone. That's totally healthy and normal. Like you said, you can't help what turns you on and what doesn't. It's just the way you're wired, and it doesn't mean you're shallow or disrespectful towards someone for being attracted or not attracted. There are body types and looks that I'm not attracted to at all, and I don't feel bad about it, because it's nothing personal, and it's just the way that I am. Likewise, there are going to be plenty of people who find that I don't do it for them, and that's okay with me.
Breast size for me is one of those relative things; if you're small framed, then small breasts will most likely suit you. If you're more curvaceous, larger breasts will probably suit you. It's not a set in stone rule, but I suppose it comes down to overall proportion and presentation. I am somewhat biased to smaller breasts though, probably because I'm a 32B.
