We were watching a porn movie the other night, and the guy was using a toy on his partner that we were unfamiliar with.
It looked like a larger version of a laser pointer, but it apparently had a strobe function as well as straight beam. He was directing the light across his lover's skin, and it seemed to really turn her on. So now we're curious. Was this light causing heat? Or a tingling shock sensation? Or???
Is anyone familiar with something like this?

I don't know. I just looked that up on Wikipedia, but it doesn't appear to be the same thing. What he was using was apparently battery-operated (no cord) and looked like a fat pen (about the size of a small vibe maybe).

My guess, based only on the gal's reaction on the video, is that they heat up. Possibly they *could* deliver a light shock, but she never flinched once, not even when he used it on her genitals, so I'm leaning toward the heat theory.

No, the toy in question was on a Playgirl porn video called "Playing Dirty". It wasn't exactly like the one shown on that website, but I'd wager it's the same thing.
