I have have to say that it's not the length that matters. Its more the girth for me. But that is because I have a short vagina so anything over 5" just chills outside.

But even then, size isn't a deal breaker. For me, its about g-spot stimulation. If his penis is thick, awesome. But if its not, and he is circumcised, then that is enough to stimulate the important places.

I think so. Like many other posters have said, I would never DUMP a guy ONLY because of the size of his penis, but it is still important. I can't deal with TOO much length, but I can handle quite a bit of girth, so ideally I need someone who fits me well! Otherwise sex is uncomfortable, or just not that much fun

Girth matters because the female cervix is set right at 3 1/2 inches anything longer and it hurts plus is just a waste. Its how big around the guy is that matters.

Size matters to a point. Your husband sounds like the perfect size, actually. Too small is disappointing, and too big can hurt a lot.

I think proportion is more important than size; it should fit the guy's body and have a good length to width ratio.

My preferred range is between 6"-8" in length, and 5 1/4"-6" in circumference.

Empathy and consideration for your enjoyment matter a lot more than size. I don't care how perfect that thing fits into you, if he doesn't give a damn, you're not going to be feeling much of anything. Conversely if it's micro-sized, but he really wants to see you get off, he will make it happen. Outside of this size may be a factor, but if it is I haven't noticed.

It's basically each person to their thoughts. But size usually matters. I'm above average in size at about 7.5 long and 1.75 in girth. For my Gf it's a great size considering I don't thrust hard in some positions.
I have had some probs with previous girlfriends and hitting their cervix. Some like it others didn't.
The size of a magicians wand doesn't really count it's how he uses it

I hate to say it... but YES size does matter.

Think of it this way... would you want a bullet vibe (the watch battery kind) or The Hoss/T-rex or would you want something like the G4 Tiger?

For me? The Tiger is the perfect size and girth.

My response is if the guy knows how to work what he's got small, big, thin, thick I don't care. I'd take a smaller guy that knows what he's doing than a large guy that doesn't have a clue.

Size isn't what's important to me.

Yeah like everyone else is saying he is much larger than average so he needs to get over it! Size does matter to me, my "first" was so small that it felt like a finger inside of me, very disappointing. But what I have learned since then is that he was extremely below average size.

I think this is a personal preference sort of thing. Of course almost everyone will have an ideal size and a size that will not physically fit their anatomy. And then there are the people who just don't care.

When someone's self conscious about their dick, they have to keep in mind who's going to be enjoying it. I'm assuming you're the only person your husband is sleeping with, and you say it's perfect. That should be the thing that matters most, even if his dong was less than average.

Compare that to someone who's a porn star. I think the reason the dicks are so big in porn is because when 2 bodies are close together, it's pretty hard to see the action going on. So it's easier to see when half of it is hanging out. Often people talk about how porn is giving women unrealistic body images, but I think it effects people with penises as well.

Also, a lot of people enjoy fingering and can orgasm from that alone. Keeping in mind the average finger is much smaller than the average penis, what does that tell you?

I think size does matter, but not in the way people generally think. Larger penises may actually hurt a women or at least make her very uncomfortable during sex, while smaller size may be more pleasuresome. So it's not who has the bigger penis but more what size fits the woman the best.

As for the size discussion, I will discreetly say nothing. PIV is important, but most women orgasm from other forms of sex (or other forms of sex and PIV) and as long as a man has.... good skills, manual, oral, PIV, anal, touching, kissing, etc and lot of enthusiasm.....and he cares about your orgasm, it's good.

I think what really matters is not just the size, but if it's used appropriately. I've been with guys with small penises and it was wonderful. I've been with guys with huge penises and it was awful sex. If you know what you're doing/how to use it and aren't afraid to use fingers/tongue/toys then you'll be just fine.
