Did Sundahl's "Female Ejaculation & The G-Spot" cause your first squirting experience?

(Re)tired Stripper (Re)tired Stripper
I learned a lot from this book! I think it's the best one of its kind, and there are quite a few G-spot "how-to" guides out there that have, in the past, disheartened me and made me feel like an impotent freak.

This was the one for me. How about you ladies? Or was it another book/DVD/resource? I am really curious now regarding what's out there.

Did this one do it? If not, if you feel comfortable please list what did the trick (or what is in process of helping you along).

I got the book but I already knew how to squirt. I just wanted additional advice. I wanted to learn to squirt without orgasm.

I have read the advice, and tried to give it to my guy so he could make me squirt while fingering me.

I totally loved when I figured out the squirting sans orgasm. I was kind of shocked because it happened with no effort, but I couldn't do it again and this book was recommended to me.

Ugh, wish the partner would read more of my sex books, but he thinks I'm a little sex-crazed (though he approves of EF as an outlet, go figure). Maybe I am too technical at times. Ah well.

Never squirted from fingering. I'm too sensitive to nails, even if they're filed down or PROFESSIONALLY MANICURED, for crissake.

Nothing has worked thus far. I really think you need to figure out what works for you by exploring in your won way, Vs what a book *thinks* will work for you.
Just my opinion.

I haven't read the book and I've squirted, so no.

No, I've never read the book and I have squirted. I agree with Huxley, it's important to figure out what works for you. I guess you can get some ideas from reading, but not everything works for every woman. It's so individual.

My wife never read the book - or any how-to sex book at all. I read about it through various online sources and figured out how to get her to gush. She's eternally grateful to me for teaching her. As a teacher - she appreciates teaching skills!

I haven't read this book, so no I guess but I can occasionally squirt. Annoyingly, I can't make myself squirt but my partner seems to have the magic touch.

I haven't read that book yet.

My Man introduced me to my G Spot many years ago, when I was still a teen. I had NO idea what it was then.

I don't squirt. I think I used to (and once in a great while he kind of pulls his face away and I think I may have a little) I tend to dribble. Unfortunately, I had my Glands of Bartholin removed many years ago, during a urinary/genital surgery and I haven't been able to really squirt since then.

I will look into this book, though.

I have read books on the G-Spot, but they were all borrowed from friends. So I really don't remember the names. I remember the name of the best one, which was called "The Sacred Spot". It was really good.

I had already known about the G-Spot. I've been squirting since I was just a teen. I remember how scared I was when I would spray/gush white liquid while my fiance (boyfriend at the time) would finger me. However, I never knew the G-Spot was the cause of that until my senior year in high school.

Books did help a little more because they taught my fiance and I how to give myself intense pressure, without over-doing it. Over-doing the G-Spot is probably one of the easiest things to do.

I've always been fascinated with squirting. My ex-girlfriend used to just GUSH. I have never squirted before and the first time she did I honestly thought she had peed (not that I would have cared because I knew she couldn't help it but she was such a flippin' neat freak I thought "Oh great. Now we're gonna have to stop to change the fuckin' sheets.")

I have never been able to find my g-spot on my own. I think my husband hits it sometimes during intercourse. Occasionally I'm able to orgasm in missionary position and it's SO much more intense than when he goes down on me or uses toys on me; so I'm thinking he's hitting my g-spot in those situations but I'm not sure.

I'm completely ignorant on the mechanics of squirting...how does it happen? What is it? Can all women do it? And, most importantly...WHAT does it FEEL like!!?!?!?!

I'd really love to read it. I'm in the process of getting mine to work in a way that doesn't make me feel uncomfortable.
