I'd like to think they can. But it's not something that one should get bent out of shape about if they can't achieve it. Not everyone I know can. But not everyone I know is as sexually open as I am either.

I would like to think that every woman has the ability to. It is just a matter of letting yourself go enough to actually do it. I have only done it once with a partner and just very recently was able to do this alone with a lot of experimentation. It was worth the mess. It felt so good to just let myself go like that and the orgasm was unlike any I had ever had before.
