I would say my gspot is extremely sensitive or at least very sensitive! It's very easy to stimulate and I have very intense gspot orgasms.

That's kind of a tough question because if you go looking when your body isn't in the mood, it's not going to be sensitive at all. It's not even a matter of aroused or not aroused, necessarily, because even then it seems to vary.
