I recently started squirting, like... a week ago. The first day I did it, I had a bunch of caffeine and my man said it didn't taste very good (he's tried his fair share, apparently).
So, being the good googler that I am, I decided to do some research. Here's what I found-
Good foods for your "flavor"- male or female:
WATER!!!, pineapple, cranberry, cinnamon, celery, apple, mango, melon, grapes, parsley, real fruit juice, nutmeg, ginger, Water, water and more water!!!
Garlic, onion, fish, red meat, caffeine, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, spicy foods, kale, alcohol.
Another factor can also be where you are in your monthly cycle. It turns out I was just about to get my period, so I'm sure that had an effect on it. I just got over my period and have been eating tons of fruit and drinking lots of water, and my man said I tasted MUCH better last night. Diet plays a HUGE role
