Can you use a regular vibrator to stimulate your prostate?

Can anyone here please recommend their favorite G-spot vibrators that are highly effective for p-spotting? I'm really growing frustrated over here, unable to get myself off with fingers or dildos. I have a Pipedream Metalworx Double Trouble, an Aneros Progasm, and nothing to show for them yet. I'm hoping that some aggressive vibrations will help.

It depends on the vibrator. If it's a high quality, powerful rumbly vibrator, then I don't see why not.

Are my perceptions really incorrect? Because if it's what it's made out to be then I want to own one! I'm desperate for a prostate orgasm but haven't had much luck yet. All I know is that as of late I can't deny I've developed a real appreciation for having toys in my ass, and will sometimes play for an hour or more with varying objects.
Also, if I can fit an Icicles No. 14 in my ass (5 1/2" circumference, 1 5/8" diameter) in my ass with a little warm up I won't have any problem taking Billy, will I?
