I can only speak for myself, but I don't see a correlation. Maybe the type of stimulation, pressure, or speed are all variables that influence milking too. I suggest just experimenting and you never know what will happen.

I have attempted for years with fingers and various toys, with various pressure and rhythems and positions with very little fluid. I haven't been able to find any research on this and as a non oozer I hope there isn't a correlation to it, but very early non scientific results are showing a relationship. I will continue my testing though, until I succeed.

I am definitely a precummer, especially during foreplay with the missus - no bum play necessary. I must say that precum and prostate milk are quite different. One tends to be clear and sticky - precum - with good lube like qualities (silicone lube).

Prostate fluid that I get from milking is less sticky and tends to run more like water based lube.

I precum lots if I am super horny and haven't played for a while. I cannot control this and it kinda oozes out as I play. Prostate fluid I can control by pushing as if I am trying to have a bowel movement while I stimulate my prostate. I can almost get my prostate milk to squirt out this way by the bucket load! It's much more fun than oozing precum!
