I'm not what you would call an aficionado - certainly no expert. But when my wife penetrates me anally - either with her fingers or a toy, my erections are much stronger and orgasms more powerful. As a relative beginner we stick with relatively smooth and modestly sized toys. Glass is by far my favorite material link link link - hard and smooth - even with some subtle textures is great. I would say that it's fairly comparable to the female g-spot, to a point. I would relate it to him that way, especially if you're familiar with your own g-spot and he's seen the pleasures it gives you.

I introduced my husband to this type of stimulation several months ago. He never really derived much pleasure from it and would not be able to maintain an erection while stimulating himself this way. He mainly did it for health reasons—that is until I bought him the LELO Billy.

I have been able to have multiple dry orgasms during P-spot play which are incredible. Then there is the possibility to milk the prostate & have it ooze out of the penis, which I have been able to get some out, but not all. I would concur with others who have posted previously, that P-spot orgasms reach an entirely different level of intensity. Frankly I was amazed at the impact it had on my body the first time it happened. There are times when my spouse has a super intense G-spot orgasm that just takes her breath away. I would say the best line of approach would be to get him to try anal stimulation. If you are in to anal you could let him stimulate you and then you stimulate him. And or you could start looking online and show him what you found.
