Yes I have, but in my experience it is completely different than a penile orgasm. A penile orgasm seems to remain constant in pleasure, until you approach orgasm, at which point the pleasure levels rise really high, really quickly, you orgasm, and then the pleasure drops back off again quickly. A prostate orgasm on the other hand, is more like continual waves of pleasure resonating over and over again each time it gets stimulated, that just builds higher and higher pleasure levels. Sometimes it even feels like a feedback cycle where the pleasure waves give rise to even more pleasure waves. Depends what kind of orgasm we are talking about I have as of yet to have an ejaculatory orgasm from anything involving prostate play. There is a lot of precum usually but as of yet no ejaculation. I have had non-ejaculatory orgasm and lot of them however. It is ejaculation not orgasm that has a refectory period in men. This means I can orgasm may times in short order and even have multiple orgasms from prostate stimulation.
