Defective Mr Right? ..... does this look Right to you?

So today i received my Mr Right, and so far im disappointed, for the price i paid, i was expecting a much better product.

Im not sure whether this is a defective product or not, or whether this is what all Mr Rights look like up close, so if any of you have a Mr Right, could you tell me whether this is normal?

As you can see, it looks like on the balls its been eroded a bit, and it looks quite honestly like somebodies been self harming the shaft.... not as "realistic" as i'd hoped :/

I've seen a few Mr. Rights, and they always look wrinkly, but that one looks like it didn't do so hot in the heat of shipping. Please feel free to contact Customer Service and set up an exchange! Let's get you a prettier Mr. Right.

Yeah, that looks a bit iffy to me. Send in a Support Ticket for an exchange.

In your dashboard it says "Support Tickets" that is how you can do it. Or in the "Help" in the giant tool bar at the top next to your mini avatar. You can leave a message.

I expect you'll hear from the lovely ladies tomorrow. They can usually tackle every ticket M-F within 24 hours!
