I'm not the best person to discuss this, as a cisgender woman, but you can want to have a penis and be a man without being a lover of women. There are many transmen (and cismen for that matter ) who love men.

I've wanted one for awhile. Probably not long term and I don't mind being a girl so I'm not the most useful for a discussion here. Well, most of the time I like being a girl. You can! Us trans guys have figured out all kinds of ways to do that. Cheapest and easiest way is to use a baby's medicine spoon, just cut the end off. I advise practicing this in the shower or with plenty of paper towels handy at first.

I'm a man, happily male, with a penis from birth, sexually attracted only to women. But I've always had a feminine side of me, that I wasn't able to express as a male. Over the years I learned to accept my gender-duality & express my feminine self by crossdressing. I don't have any desire to have a sex change - I just enjoy expressing my fem side as Rhonda without letting her threaten my masculinity.
