Haven't packed yet, but I'd probably use a packer (not sure if that's considered under dildos).

When I was younger, I used socks. Now I have a Mr. Limpy packer, which I like very much.

Most people use packers, which I really don't think can be considered dildos, more of a medical prosthetic. I use a Mango XS and a Salor personally.
