Hey all,

Not sure where to put this but, it is sorta an announcement of sorts.

I've noticed today that after you place your order you can take a survey with Bizrate about your shopping experience. I took the survey, and I really think everyone else should when they make a purchase. This really could help Eden, not only bring in new customers but also as a badge of honor for high marks.

I took mine, too! Everyone should!

But I never received the followup survey they promised me

I did this like two years a go and everytime after for a while, but I make a lot of orders per month so stopped lol. I think they get that I'm satisfied lol.

I did the same. However, the survey is a little bit longer than I would expect . They should make a shorter version as well.
